Kumon
Kumon provides supplementary, after-school learning programmes for children.
Kumon Instructors provide just enough guidance for their students to be able to do the exercises on their own. Their programmes aim to furnish students with the ability to advance to high school level material through self-learning as early as possible in life. Kumon students study independently from an early age and develop both a high level of academic ability and the ability to learn independently. As a result, their students build self-esteem, learn that they can do anything if they try, and develop the ability to take on new challenges for themselves.
